Refund Policy

The customer ("Customer") who purchases the service specified in the Service Agreement accepts the features of the Membership when purchasing the products (Starter Package, Advanced Package, Professional Package, Enterprise Package) from IndexRun Company ("IndexRun") from the delivery to himself or the person/organization at the address he shows or from the installation to the designated servers.

In software products, after IndexRun order payment, according to consumer rights law, it is not subject to license cancellation and refund due to the use of the right of withdrawal by stating/not stating any reason (The right of withdrawal cannot be used after the license is obtained).

Related consumer rights law article (Right of Withdrawal Article 8): Contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment and goods delivered instantly to the consumer are not subject to the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and its use.

Since it is a service/software delivered to customers electronically by IndexRun, it is not possible to return it physically. Since customers can store a copy of the software without IndexRun's knowledge once they own the software, there can be no right of withdrawal due to a physical return.

All customers who place orders are deemed to have accepted the conditions specified above. IndexRun enables all its customers to access demos of their software by following the relevant links on their sites before placing an order. The customer can examine the system with all its features together with IndexRun and can report any pre-sales questions to IndexRun.

Refund Process

To request a refund under the eligible circumstances mentioned above:

  1. Contact our support team at info@indexrun.com within 30 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Allow our technical team 48 hours to attempt to resolve the issue
  4. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription, calculated on a pro-rata basis. This is at IndexRun's sole discretion and will be evaluated case by case.
